Kim Galloway Head Coach

I'm a Walnut Country mom and lifelong swimmer, and I'm excited to return for another season as WCST's head coach! As a former club swimmer, it's so gratifying to help Stingrays and Little Rays hone their technique while enjoying time with their friends and teammates over the summer. My goal with every swimmer is to help them improve their swimming, and to pass on my love of the sport. Hope to see you on the pool deck! Go Stingrays!

Hi Stingrays!! I started on WCST as a Little Ray and have been a part of the Stingray family for 17 years. Some of my most memorable moments as a kid were swimming with my friends during the summer. Now, as a coach, I love seeing the swimmers get just as excited as I was to be at practice, improve their skills, and form lasting friendships. One of my favorite parts of coaching is watching swimmers achieve their goals, whether it’s mastering a new stroke or beating their personal best at a meet. WCST is a special place where we all support each other like a family, and I hope each swimmer leaves with not only stronger skills but also lifelong memories.

I recently graduated with a degree in health science and in my free time I love to be outside, surf, and hang out with my friends! I’m excited for another summer filled with hard work, laughter, and fast swims! Go Stingrays!

Sarah Kindorf Assistant Coach

My name is Sarah Kindorf and I am beyond excited to be back for the 2026 swim season! I started on WCST when turned seven years old and it was a great decision. My time as a swimmer was filled with laughter, love for the sport, and a great community. In my free time, I love to be by the water, spend time with family and friends, go for a hike, rock climb, and try new things. Swim team opened doors for me and gave me confidence to start water polo and life guarding, and I couldn’t be more grateful! I’m currently going to school at Chico State University, where I am studying communications. Again I am so excited to be on deck with the WCST family!
