Refund & Cancellation Policy

WCST is a non-profit swim team led by parent volunteers, and we plan very carefully around the number of swimmers registered for the team. Please familiarize yourself with the terms of our Refund and Cancellation Policy before registering your swimmer(s) for the team. If plans change, please let us know as early as possible by emailing [email protected].

• Operational Fee is non-refundable ($75 per family)
• If cancellation is requested within first 5 days of start of season (Little Rays or general summer season) per swimmer registration fees will be refunded at 100%. Note - Coaches will conduct swim safety evaluations on the first day of Little Rays’ practice to confirm that they meet the minimum swim requirement to safely participate. If your Little Rays swimmer does not meet the Minimum Swim Skills Requirement for Little Rays, their registration will be cancelled and per swimmer registration fees will be refunded.
• If cancellation is requested after the first 5 days of the season (first week) up to Time Trials, partial per swimmer fees will be refunded. No per swimmer fees will be refunded after Summer Time Trials.
• Fundraising Deposit ($100 per swimmer) is refundable up to Time Trials (unless fundraising requirement is fulfilled)
• Volunteer Jobs Deposit ($450 per family) is refundable up to Time Trials 

Refunds must be approved by the WCST board of directors.
