Tue-Fri Jul 22-25	End of Season Spirit/Coach Appreciation Week Pool Deck/Clubhouse Our theme for City Meet this year is Gummy Bears! Tuesday: Poster making/ Surprise Coach Gift Meet us on the pool deck before or after your practice to make a poster to cheer on the Stingrays at City Meet! Shhhh...We will also be making a surprise gift for our coaches! Wednesday: Car Painting Bring your car by the main pool between 9am-11am and decorate it for City Meet. Wednesday Night: Orange & Blue Dance (see individual date for more details) Thursday: Gummy Bear Crafts Join us on the pool deck during practice to prep your Gummy Bear gear for our City Meet parade!
Wed Jul 23	Job Signup open RSVP open Orange and Blue Dance Walnut Country Clubhouse 4465 S Larwin Ave, Concord, CA 94521 Start: 6:00 PM End: 8:30 PM It's time for our Annual Orange and Blue Dance. Show your Stingray Pride by wearing your best orange & blue outfits to the dance. We will have pizza for sale and water will be provided. All swimmers (and families) are welcome! Watch for more details as we near the event.
Thu Jul 24	Last Day of Summer Practice This is the last day of regular practice for Summer 2025! There will be no practice on the Friday of City Meet. Swim fast, Stingrays! Note: If your swimmers qualified for the County Championships, there will be additional info forthcoming about the county qualifiers' practice schedule.

Wed Jul 30	Job Signup open RSVP open Family Fun Meet Walnut Country Clubhouse Pool 4465 S Larwin Ave, Concord, CA 94521 Start: 5:00 PM End: 8:00 PM This is a team event for all WCST families to come together and have some fun. Featuring silly races for every member of the family, so everyone plan to bring your swimsuit! The Stingray Marketplace will be open during the Family Fun Meet. Swimmers can spend their Ray Bucks in the marketplace during the meet. Their will be items starting as low as one Ray Buck in the marketplace so everyone will have a chance to purchase something. Shopping in the marketplace will be done by age group starting with the Little Rays and moving upward in the ages. We will announce shopping times during the Family Fun Meet. If you are unable to make it to the Family Fun meet to shop, please contact a Booster to discuss shopping options.

Sun Aug 17	Job Signup open RSVP open Annual Meeting & Awards Night The Greenbelt Start: 5:00 PM End: 7:00 PM Hey, Stingrays! It's the last WCST event of summer 2025! Come celebrate the swimmers' hard work and achievement this season, from the littlest Little Ray to the swimmers completing their last years of rec. swim. Bring chairs and a picnic dinner. You won't want to miss it. The events starts promptly at 5 pm. We'll have a brief membership meeting where we'll announce the election results, introduce the new board, and then we'll turn the meeting over to the coaches for the main business of the evening - the presentation of the awards.
