2026 Summer Registration
Welcome to registration for Walnut Country Swim Team’s 2026 summer swim season! Register your swimmers here for Stingrays (summer rec. swim team; practice begins Monday, April 6th) or Little Rays (pre-team - skill-building with a swimmer coach in the water; practice begins Monday, May 11th). We start with afterschool practices during the school year and then switch to morning practices after school lets out for the summer. Summer 2026 Practice Schedule has been updated from previous years. See the Practice Schedule for details. Practices and WCST home meets are held at the Walnut Country Clubhouse pool at 4465 South Larwin Avenue in Concord. The pool is behind the clubhouse and accessible from Lawson Court. [Directions]
Please Note: We've hit capacity for our Little Rays program and out 7/8 age group at this time. If you are interested in signing up for Little Rays or 7/8, please join our waitlist here and we will be in contact if a spot opens up!
A Note On The Summer Practice Start Date - Similar to last year, the first day of summer practice will be during the MDUSD Spring Break to allow the swimmers the opportunity for a little more conditioning time in the pool before our first meets. If your family will be away for the break, have a great trip, and we’ll see you at the pool after Spring Break!
Registration is very simple. Just fill in the registration information for your swimmer(s), read and accept the agreements, and checkout to complete your registration.

TEAM COMPETITION SUIT AND PERSONALIZED SWIM CAP ORDERS
For Summer 2026, the team competition swim suit and personalized swim cap ordering window is from February 1st through April 20th.To order visit Elsmore Swim online or in person. Traditionally, if you're registering for the team after April, there won't be an opportunity to order a new team suit, but you can contact the Boosters ([email protected]) to see if any used team suits are available. Alternatively, a plain black suit will work very well.
PARENT INFO:
A Swimtopia account will be created for each person you provide an email address for in the Parent/Guardian section of the registration form. You'll use these accounts to sign up for volunteer job shifts and to declare your swimmers' for meets (opt-in/opt-out). You can add as many adults for your household as you need, and their jobs will count toward your family's jobs commitment for the season. Some families create logins for older siblings or grandparents so they can sign up for job shifts on their own, and some families use the parent accounts to sign-up for the job, and send their friends and family members to cover their shifts as needed.
For the election - Each family can have as many parent/guardian records on their account as needed, but each family gets one vote in our annual election for directors on the WCST Board. Parent 1 (or the first listed with an email address) will receive your family's ballot.
FOR PARENTS WHO HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED SWIMMERS FOR THIS SUMMER ON A SEPARATE REGISTRATION AND ARE NOW REGISTERING ADDITIONAL SWIMMERS:
If you've previously registered swimmers for this summer and would like to register additional swimmers from your household, please email [email protected] to let us know before you do, so we can help you register your additional swimmers without being charged a duplicate operational fee or having to pre-authorize a duplicate jobs deposit.
