An invitational for the swimmers in the middle rec. swim age groups (ages 9-14 only; Middle Age) held on a Monday (A Monday evening meet? Madness!) with a twist. In this meet, swimmers only swim against other swimmers of the same age... From Gehringer Park Swim Team (the meet hosts): This is a fantastic invitational just for swimmers ages 9-14. This is a super unique Invitational hosted by our team. Instead of age groups, you will swim against those your exact age (9v9, 10v10, etc.). This is especially great for those swimmers on their down year (younger year of an age group). Sometimes it is discouraging to be at the top, then feel at the bottom the next year. |

Stingray Family Movie Float Day

We are so excited this Saturday, June 15th is our first ever Stingray Family Movie Float Day! Enjoy family pool time with WCST! The pool will be open only to Stingray families for open swim from 9am-12:30pm (this is not a public event). We will have music and will be playing Moana starting at approx 10:30am! Our kitchen will be open for limited food and snacks throughout the event! We will also be selling WCST apparel and swag on deck! All swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible, present adult (18 years or older) for the entire event--this is not a drop off event and coaches/board members will not be responsible for your child. Swimmers are permitted to bring pool noodles, lifejackets, and puddle jumpers however, no innertubes will be allowed for safety reasons. If you have not yet RSVPed please do so on our website! We hope to see you and your family there! |

Team, individual, and family/buddy pictures will be taken in lieu of practice during practice times. Please show up at the pool photo ready in your team swimsuit or black swimsuit. We will also be having a breakfast potluck on the pool deck during pictures. See the schedule below for details. Summer Spirit Week
June 11- Picture Day Potluck Please bring a snack to share during our picture day. For more details see the Picture Day calendar event! June 12- Buddy Sign Making Party Join us on deck for a sign making party! This is your chance to make an encouraging sign for your swim buddy. Sign making will take place on the pool deck and all supplies will be provided. June 13- RayBuck Wallet Decorating Join us on the pool deck for a creative and fun activity. We will have supplies available so you can decorate your plain and boring Ray Buck Wallet. Stingrays are welcome to bring decorations to share if they would like! June 14- Tie Dye Party We will be issuing your new white team shirt so you can join us for some crazy tie dye fun! The party will take place during practice on the Green Belt. All dye will be supplied. Parents are welcome to bring their own shirt, bandanas, etc and join the fun! |

9/10 Camp Out

It’s time for our Annual Stingray 9-10 Camp Out. Enjoy this rite of passage with your swimmer. We will be playing some games and having some crazy fun! This is a special event for this age group so we ask that siblings and other age groups please not attend. All campers must have an adult who is responsible for them at the camp out. Swimmer Coaches are invited to join us from 6-11. All other Coaches are invited to camp out with the group. Pizza will be served at 6:30 after set up is completed Please come to the grass area below the main pool anytime after 6 p.m. We will see you Saturday! Here is the list of things to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, tent, chairs, blankets, earplugs, water bottle, flashlight, games, snacks to share! Happy Camping! |
